Łukasz is a cinematographer and the AFI Conservatory alumni in Cinematography discipline.
He was raised in Warsaw and studied in the Polish Film School in Lodz. In 2016, Łukasz moved to California to continue cinematography studies and pursue his passion for filmmaking.
Łukasz was awarded the American Society of Cinematographers Heritage Award for his work on ANIMALS.
He was also nominated for the Golden Tadpole award at the CAMERIMAGE film festival for IKAR (’18) and ANIMALS (’19).
Łukasz has been an apprentice to Janusz Kamiński (two times Oscar winner in Cinematography) from whom he’s been learning the craft during productions WEST SIDE STORY dir. Steven Spielberg and CALL OF THE WILD dir. Chris Sanders.
Łukasz works mostly in Poland and the United States.
