Marek Mardosewicz



    Marek Mardosewicz  – Screenwriter, playwright, and visual artist. Marek graduated from the Academy of Arts in Szczecin, Script course at Wajda School and Ecole Supérieure des Beaux-Arts de Bordeaux. He attended Write The Game  V4 in 2019 – the international script-writing workshop for video game creators organized by Villa Decius Association.

    Marek is an author and co-author of multiple short film scripts like „Love XD”, „Rickshaw”, „Remember the promise of a better tomorrow”, radio plays „Myspace” or „E-mmortal” and feature films. His feature script-writing debut „T3raz my” is now in production by KADR Film Studio. His second feature film script „OK Boomer”, which is developed in Wajda School, was awarded in Script Pro 2021 competition. Project already has a producer.

    As an author he is mesmerized by new technologies, our relations with them and alternative scenarios of reality and possible near future. His writing doesn’t limit to just one trend or genre. Currently, he develops a political-fiction series, sci-fi movies, contemporary comedy about growing up and living in the offline world and… animation for kids.

    Marek loves theatre. He participated in script-writing workshops with Nikolaj Kolada, Ivan Vyrypaev, Małgorzata Sikorska-Miszczuk, Małgorzata Sadocha and Mateusz Pakuła. His plays were presented in theatres (POKÓJ / ROOM 2.0 Remedium UJ theatre, 2014) and during readings e.g at Theatre Schools Festival in 2016 and Katowice Theatre Round in 2019.
